Steps to Apply for Digital Signature Certificate (DSC):

Step-1: Contact Us

Step-2: Choose the Right DSC Type

With our guidance, identify the appropriate type of Digital Signature Certificate (Individual / Organization / DGFT, etc.) and the required validity (1 year / 2 years / 3 years), Capricorn Assistance Services (optional), USB Token (Optional to buy from Us, but Mandatory to buy from anywhere - If not having an existing Valid Token in order to download DSC on USB Token).

Step-3: Documents

The list of required documents will be shared by us with the Applicant. The Applicant needs to provide valid legal documents for eKYC, as these are the prior requirements by the issuing Certifying Authorities.

Step 3: Fill Out the Application

We will assist you with filling out the online DSC application form on the Capricorn portal.

Step 4: Make Direct Payment to Capricorn (Certifying Authority)

You will be redirected to the Capricorn payment gateway to make the payment directly to Capricorn for the Digital Signature Certificate (as per new guidelines from Certifying Authorities). 

The Tax Invoice for DSC will be issued by the Certifying Authority directly to the Applicant via email, once the payment is done and DSC is approved by them).

Step 5: Complete Video Verification

Follow the instructions provided to complete the Capricorn video verification process, which is mandatory.

Step 6: Issuance of DSC & Delivery of Token

Once approved, the DSC will be issued by the Capricorn.

Step 5: Make Payment to Us (Optional Services)

For the *USB Token (if required) and/or other Support Services (if offered by Us, except any Complimentary/ Promotional Services). If you have purchased a USB token, we will download the DSC on the token for you and we will courier it to your address. Here the Tax Invoice will be issued by Us/Justflik.
